Thomas V. Orlandi, Jr. is Senior Counsel at the Law Firm of Thomas V. Orlandi, P.C. He focuses his practice on Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, etc.), Family Law, Criminal Defense, Liquor/Entertainment Licensing, Probate Administration and General Litigation matters. Thomas has spent many years successfully defending drunk driving cases in Massachusetts with a high rate of success. Upon graduating University of Massachusetts Amherst, Suffolk University Law School, and being admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1974, Thomas began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney for the Plymouth County District Attorney’s office. Upon leaving the District Attorney’s office, he became a partner at a Quincy law office prior to incorporating Thomas V. Orlandi, P.C. in January of 1994.
Having practiced law for many years, Attorney Orlandi has the knowledge and expertise essential to provide quality and sensitive legal services, both in and out of court, to individuals in times of legal need. Attorney Orlandi has also represented clients in Tennessee, New Hampshire, New York, Bermuda and Florida.
Ms. Gariepy graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Massachusetts in 1983. After an Internship at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, she went on to attend law school. While in law school, Ms. Gariepy worked at the Massachusetts House of Representatives in both the Judiciary Committee and the Criminal Justice Committee writing legislation. Following her graduation from New England School of Law in 1987, Attorney Gariepy sat for the Bar Examination while continuing to work at the House of Representatives. Upon passing the Bar Exam, Ms. Gariepy was sworn into the Massachusetts Bar, as well as the Federal Bar for the District of Massachusetts and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
Attorney Gariepy is a long-standing member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Academy of Trial Attorneys). Attorney Gariepy is also a member of the Norfolk Bar Association and the South Shore Business Women’s Association. When she is not representing people in need of legal assistance and guidance, she enjoys traveling, cooking and reading.
